How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: In-App Deletion

1. Open the DASH app
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Confirm the deletion

Personal data is permanently removed from our active systems upon deletion. Encrypted backups may retain data for up to 7 days before automatic purging.

Option 2: Email Request

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to:

vin.pli@posteo.de

Please use the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 7 business days.

What Data Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from all our databases:

• Account information: Username, email address, encrypted password, phone number
• Social connections: All friend and acquaintance relationships
• Event data: Events you are hosting or attending, including associated group chats
• Messages: All chat messages you have sent
• Device tokens: Push notification tokens
